There was held the next meeting of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council

Prishtina, 7th of July 2016 – There was held the one-hundred-eighteenth meeting of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC), chaired by Chairman of Prosecutorial Council, Blerim Isufaj.

In this meeting, Kosovo Prosecutorial Council members have adopted two Administrative Directives, namely the Administrative Directive on Setting Representation Expenditures and, Administrative Directive on the Usage of Landline Phones and Cell Phones by Prosecutorial Council and Prosecutions of the Republic of Kosova.

Approval of the given Administrative Directives has derived due to the reorganizing needs of KPC and SP, as well as for the purposes of a more effective budget management of prosecutorial system.

Today, Council members have also approved the Report of Experts` Group on Legal Amendments regarding the implementation of ICT/CMIS Project (Information and Communication Technologies/Case Management Information System Project.)

In today`s meeting KPC members have taken the decision on extending the mandate of Prosecutor Ali Selimi until the end of 2016, serving in the capacity of the Acting Chief Prosecutor of the Basic Prosecution in Gjakova,

Kosovo Prosecutorial Council has decided that from 1st of October or 1st of November 2016, depending on the completion of some other processes, to rent the premises for the Basic Prosecution of Mitrovica.

Today, Kosovo Prosecutorial Council has approved the requests of Prosecutors, Shkëlzen Ibrahimi, Rafet Halimi and Enver Krasniqi, for continuing with their Master Studies in the United States of America.
